Italian Photochemistry meeting - IPM2023
The Italian Photochemistry Meeting 2023 (IPM2023) organized by the Italian Group of Photochemistry (GIF) and the Interdivisional Group of Photochemistry of the Italian Chemical Society (GIdF) will be held from December 14th to December 16th 2023 in Sestri Levante (GE) at the Grande Albergo Hotel.
The scientific program of the Italian Photochemistry Meeting 2023 will start on Thursday, December 14th at 2 pm and will close on Saturday, December 16th at 1 pm and will include:
- Four plenary lectures delivered by:
- One keynote from the recipient of the "Franco Scandola" GIF Young Investigator Award 2023;
- One keynote from the recipient of the "Ugo Mazzucato" Award 2023;

The scientific topics covered by the conference comprise photoactive nanomaterials, artificial photosynthesis and photovoltaics, photocatalysis and green chemistry, supramolecular photochemistry, photochemical and photophysical approaches in medicine, environmental science and cultural heritage, light-driven molecular devices and machines, sensing and imaging, advanced optical spectroscopy, computational methods in photochemistry.
Young researchers, post-docs and PhD students are encouraged to actively participate and submit an abstract for an oral communication and/or poster. The conference will be an excellent occasion to engage scientists and create new opportunities for scientific exchanges and collaborations.
